Do you offer express delivery?

The fastest delivery time available for your item is shown on its product page. This information is visible before placing your order.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a pick-up point?

Large or heavy items are delivered to your home only.
When dimensions allow it, delivery to a pick-up point will also be offered during checkout.
If you choose home delivery and are absent, the carrier may leave your parcel at a nearby pick-up point.

Do I have to pay delivery fees?

No. Delivery to your home is free for all Alvolis orders.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

This depends on the type of product, its size, and the destination.
Your parcel may be delivered by DPD, PostNL (Flanders only), GLS, bpost, Mondial Relay.
Pallet deliveries may be handled by Thijs Logistiek or Rabelink.

Do you deliver to islands or remote areas?

We do not deliver to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM).
Some regions require additional fees, which are shown at checkout.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact customer service and include detailed photos of the damage along with your order number.

Some parts of my product are missing

Your order may be shipped in several parcels.
Check My Account > Order history to see how many parcels were sent.
If parts are still missing, contact customer service with your email address and order number.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my parcel

  1. Check the tracking details:

  • Confirm the delivery address.

  • Check if the carrier left a note or specified a safe place.

  • Check around your home and ask neighbours or reception.

  1. Non-receipt declaration:
    If the parcel cannot be located, we will file a claim with the carrier.
    You will be asked to complete and sign a Non-Receipt Declaration (NRG).

Why was my order delivered in separate shipments?

Your items may be shipped at different times, by different carriers, or processed at different hours.

Where can I track my delivery?

Your confirmation email includes a link to your tracking portal.
You can also consult My Account > Order history.

Can someone else collect my parcel at a pick-up point?

No. Only the person named on the parcel can collect it.

How does pallet delivery work?

Large items are delivered on a pallet. Preparation takes 1–3 business days.
The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Delivery is made to the closest accessible point; drivers do not bring pallets inside homes.

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

The carrier may:

  • deliver to a neighbour,

  • leave the parcel in a safe place,

  • deliver to a pick-up point,

  • or return it to their depot.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Contact customer service as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you do not find the email, check your spam folder or contact customer service.
