How to create a customer account at Alvolis?

If you  wish to create a new account ,please click on "login" in the menu bar at the top right side of the page.Then, you will be asked to fill in your personal information, these are strictly confidential and will only be used to process your order. Be sure to use a strong password by using a mix of different types of characters to make it harder to crack.

You can easily subscribe to our "mailing list" by simply ticking the "subscribe to our newsletter" box when entering your email.  We promise to do our best to send you special offers on products that you’ll love.

 Once you have completed the registration process,simply click on "Next step", and you will be redirected to your customer account.

How to delete my customer account?

If you no longer need your customer account,You need to send a mail to Alvolis support team and they will deactivate your account.

How to change my personal information?

Log in to your Alvolis user account, and go to Account Settings tab, then select Login Info. You can change your username, email address, or password on this page. Type any letters or numbers you want in the corresponding fields.

Once you have finished,scroll down and  click "Save Settings" to make it official!

What is the content of the Alvolis newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers, discounts, new arrivals, fashion and design inspiration and updates, direct to your inbox.

 

How do you subscribe to the newsletter ?

To keep up to date with our latest news and collections, you can subscribe to our newsletter at any time,  by clicking the "Sign Up for our Newsletter" at the bottom of our home page.

If you already have a customer account,  you can simply register by clicking on "My Listings" tab in your account.

 

Why did not I receive a newsletter when I registered?

First, please make sure that you have already clicked on the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you, as this step is required to finalize the newsletter subscription.

If you have activated a spam filter for your email, simply add newsletter@alvolis.co.uk to your contacts,so that you would receive our newsletter with no problem.

IMPORTANT: Do not use the SPAM button of your email as this will block other emails that we may send you (order confirmations, shipping confirmations etc ...).

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter ?

If you would rather not receive any Alvolis newsletters, these are the options for you: you can either unsubscribe directly from one of our emails by clicking on the link at the bottom, or simply  email our Help team and ask to be unsubscribed. Another option for you is to log into your account, enter the “Personal information” section and de-select the “Subscribe to our newsletter” box.

Where can I see the details of my order?

If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status in your Alvolis account by clicking on "View my order" . You can find all orders you placed while logged in under the "Orders" tab in your account.

How to place an order on Alvolis?

Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping bag using the dedicated button ‘’Add to shopping list ‘’,then you can continue to shop or proceed with your check-out by clicking on the Shopping Bag link.

When you are ready to complete your order, enter the shopping bag to review your order details. Here you will also be able to add a discount code if you have one. Once you have completed the check-out process, click on "place my order"to proceed to payment.

Please don’t forget to double check :

  •  your e-mail address

  • your billing address

  • your delivery address.

We also need your phone number for our carriers to call you to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for a detailed description of the order procedure.

I forgot my password, how to get a new one?

If you forgot your password just click on "forgot your password" then submit the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you an email with a new password. Once you receive the email, login and go to your account page.

 

How to use my coupon?

To use your coupon, you'll first need the code. The code will be a combination of letters and numbers. You will need to enter your coupon code by clicking on the tab "Do you have a coupon? at the bottom right of your shopping cart then hit "Apply" to deduct the amount from your order total.

CAUTION: Please observe the following points when entering your discount code:

  • Do not enter blanks.

  • Respect uppercase and lowercase.

  • Use a valid coupon.

  • Promotional codes can only be used once

 

How to withdraw my promo code from the cart?

If you have decided not to use your code, click the "delete" button next to the code in your shopping cart then a message will appear at the top page, informing you of the success of the cancellation.

You can find product information and details under the 'Characteristics' section of a product page online. For more specific informations about any product, our sales advisers would be pleased to answer all your questions ,just send a message using the button below.

 

 

How to search for products on Alvolis?

Select the products you wish to purchase from our extensive collection of furniture clothing, home accessories and more . You can search the site by category, and further narrow by brand, size and price. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for, you can just enter the product description or name in the "Search" field at the top of your home page, and you will be directed to the appropriate product page. From the product page, select  the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping bag using the dedicated button.

 

How to give an opinion on a product?

To give feedback on our products, please click on the "ratings" tab, enter a name and a title, and post your review with a comment and rating range between 1 and 5 stars (from negative to positive):***** :

Please respect the following points:These comments should only refer to the product , not the selling price, delivery time, other items or accessories. Make sure the comments are clear.We will not publish copies or extracts of copyrighted material.Racial, homophobic, anti-Semitic insults, obscenities or comments of sexual nature, as well as comments of political nature  are strictly prohibited.

  Is it possible to receive samples of wood or fabric?

At the moment, we are unable to deliver samples of wood or fabric.

 

Can I know when are you getting new stock of a specific product?

Is it possible to order the items that are part of a set individually?

You have the option of browsing our wide range of products to search for similar items sold individually.However, it is not possible to order individual items or separate color variants as part of a set because the furniture sets offered on our shop, are only available in sets for purchase!

Where can I ship my order?

Alvolis.uk  delivers mainly to addresses with mainland UK. Although we would love to receive your order, we currently cannot ship outside of the Uk. However, we are constantly expanding, and aim to reach even more European countries in the future, for your full satisfaction!

 

How are deliveries made by furniture transport company?

Oversized orders are carried out by a furniture transport company, This service ensures that your article is delivered up to the desired location. You can check the mention under the price "Delivery to the location of your choice" to see wether you can benefit from this service or not.

You will receive a phone call from our delivery company carrier to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.

When will my order ship?

The shipping time is typically  5 business days. Keep in mind, shipping time may vary depending on sales and promotions. You’ll see the shipping time noted on the product description page.If you choose the credit card payment method,the processing will begin after we receive your transfer.

 

 

How much is shipping?

Deliveries with mainland UK are free. Deliveries are made on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.

 

Can I pick up my package from a pick-up point ?

If you are not present at the time of delivery,our couriers can  take your parcel to a nearby collection point (The location is available on the tracking, or on the delivery note left by the driver.)

OVERSIZED PACKAGES  REQUIRE THEIR DELIVERY IN A DEPOT, THAT'S WHY IT IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COLLECT YOUR PARCEL BY YOURSELF FROM THE DEPOT.

 

Do you offer express shipping or next-day delivery?

We currently do not offer any shipping methods other than Standard. This type of delivery usually takes about 5 business days.However, we are always communicating with our warehouse, transport partners and manufacturers to provide you with the latest updates regarding your orders.
