How to edit the billing address ?

From a tax point of view, it is not possible to edit the billing adress of existing orders.However, If you still want to change your billing address, please cancel your order first, then log in to our e-shop and place a new one with the updated billing address .

 

How do to edit my shipping address ?

You can change the shipping address if the order shipment is pending. If order is already shipped, you can’t make any changes.

For orders paid by credit card, we can not accept requests for change of delivery address for these orders, as it poses huge risks. However, If you still want to change your shipping address, please cancel your order first, then log in to our e-shop and place a new one with the new shipping address 

 

Missing / erroneous bill  or credit memo

 

What if I haven't received an invoice for my order?

You should receive an invoice  to your e-mail address, within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If not, Start by checking whether your invoice is in your ‘junk mail’ folder.

If you do not find email from us in your ‘junk mail’ folder, please get in touch with us via email  and we will do our best to assist you.

What to do in case of receiving an incorrect invoice?

If the invoice you have received is incorrect or contains an error, please send us a message detailing all the errors along with your order and billing numbers. Click the button below.

We will  inform you that "we are not able to change an existing invoice". Then we will send you a corresponding credit note.

 

Why have I not received the invoice yet?

Invoices are usually sent via email upon reception of the returned items in our warehouse. If you have not received your invoice within 10 business days, please check your Spam folder and contact us, we'll be happy to help you.

 

Payment made but status tracking the order unchanged

 

Why didn't the status of my order  change when my order was settled?

We remain in regular communication with our warehouse, our transport partners and our manufacturers to minimize the indicated delivery times as well as to display the updated delivery status.

 Please check the delivery status on YOUR CLIENT ACCOUNT in the "My orders" section  to find your tracking history. If within 4 business days after placing your order your status is always indicated as "In process" , please contact us,we'll be happy to assist you.

 

REIMBURSEMENT

How does it work?

All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 14 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card The total order amount you paid is returned to the same

mode of payment.If you don't receive your refund within 14 business days,or you receive the wrong refund amount, please contact us. (For the incorrect refund amount, please send your order number and add a brief description of the error and we'll be more than happy to help you).

 

Is VAT included separately in the invoice?

We will send you by e-mail a delivery note / invoice for each delivery made.

VAT amount is included  in the invoice.

If you need an additional copy of your invoice, please send us a message.

 When transferring, please indicate your order reference and the 9 characters that were sent to you by e-mail. Remember to always pay each order separately.
