 What to do in case of receiving a damaged item?

 If the item received is damaged, please send us a short description of the damaged parts with their name, as well as pictures of these parts.

How to acquire spare parts?

 If the spare parts are already available, we will send them to you as soon as possible.

If not, we will send you a return slip and a return label to your email address and these must be printed. If the damaged parts can not be replaced (for lack of spare parts) or if the damage is serious, the return slip must be attached to the package and the original label must be hidden by gluing the newly received new label. The item must be packaged in a way to avoid further damage, or just in its original packaging if you have kept it, then the package must be dropped off at the nearest post office to you.We pay the shipping costs upon return of the item to our warehouse.

 

If the product delivery is made by a furniture transport company, the latter will take care of picking up the packaged product  after arranging with you by phone an appointment. Then we will send you the replacement product upon its return to our warehouse.

 

How to benefit from the warranty on a defective product?

All of our products are supplied with a two-year warranty, if your goods develop a fault within the warranty period,, please send us a short description along with pictures of the perceived damage.

How to return an item ?

To start your return process, get in touch with our team. Once they have received your request, they will send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return shipping label, to be printed, and return instructions.

The return label must be pasted  on the old one. The item must be packed in such a way as to avoid further damage, during transportation, or in its original  packaging, Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned., then the package must be deposited at your local post office.

 If you decide to return your order,  we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee. If the item delivery is made by a furniture transport company, the latter will take care of picking up the packaged item from you after having arranged with you an appointment. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

The delivery of an article following an exchange procedure will take the same time as those noted on the product description page.

 In case the shipment of your item is made by a furniture transport company, we proceed to a simultaneous exchange, so the delivery of the exchange article is carried out at the same time of the recovery of the damaged item.
